How to Get Rid of Double ChinPlumpness sometimes suites a certain kind of women. Quite plump, it seems, but so beautiful! Well, we cannot say like that about those who have a double chin. I have not met a single person who would be pretty with a double chin. But unfortunately, many people face this problem.
Some of us just don’t care: if it is common, then, no problem. But there are those who fight with their defect, and succeed in it. It is possible to get rid of double chin by attending costly procedures, such as SMAS-lifting (non-surgical face lift). But first, it is expensive, and secondly, the procedure has many contraindications. Is it worth risking your health, if you can get rid of double chin without pain and almost for free?
Let’s say you do not have this problem. Watch your posture, try not to slouch and not hang your head, sleep on a low pillow, and watch your diet. If you keep to these simple rules, you may avoid the appearance of double chin. And if can’t avoid it, then we will together get rid of it.

So, how to get rid of double chin? The most important thing – to tighten the muscles and get rid of excess body fat. Exercises aimed at getting rid of double chin help to deal not only with this problem, they are also useful for those suffering from cervical osteochondrosis.

1. Put a heavy book on your head. Walk around the room for about 5 minutes. This exercise will help to improve posture and to get rid of double chin.

2. Lift your head, stretch your neck. Say 10 times sound “i:”, 10 times “u:”,  10 times “a:”. Try to reach the nose by your lower lip (of course you won’t touch the nose, it is normal).

3. The following exercise you should fulfill sitting near the table. Put your elbows on the table, put your chin on fists. Tighten the muscles in an attempt to lower the chin to the chest (the fists at the time press on the chin, as if trying to pick it up). Count to ten, then relax your muscles. Perform this exercise 5 times.

4. Complete all exercises for the neck, familiar to you.

It is important that all the exercises in the complex took about 15 minutes. Muscles need to work on a daily basis.

To increase the effectiveness of exercises try massage and different kinds of cosmetological  masks. Massage should be done regularly, not occasionally, as we all used to. We begin with the preparation of the skin to massage. First, stroke the chin by the back of your hand from the middle of the chin to the ears. Then slap with fingers in the same direction. Finally, make a circular rubbing of the skin of the chin.

If you are not allergic to honey, make honey massage. Apply honey on a chin, and then fulfill the procedures described above. Wash off excess honey. Blot the skin of the chin. Apply a cream with lifting effect. There are a lot of various offers on sale. If you haven’t purchased such cream yet, use any nourishing or moisturizing cream.

The entire procedure takes about 5 minutes, and the result will not be long in coming. Every day, the oval of your face will become more attractive and appealing.

If you are not a lover of the ready-store creams and masks, you can use our grandmothers’ methods. For example, the mask is with yeast is very effective.

To prepare the mask take 1 tbsp. of yeast (not dry), diluted in a little water to the consistency of thick cream. It should be applied to the chin area after 20 minutes of cooking, when the yeast swells. After applying a thick layer mask on the skin of the chin, cover the treated area with cling film first, then secure with gauze or elastic bandage, tie it on top. After 15 minutes remove the mask, first rinse the remains of a little warm, then cold water.

Magic wand in the fight with a double chin is clay. Any clay will be useful. Spread 2 tablespoons of powdered clay with water. We need the mass of the consistency of very thick cream, without lumps. Apply this mixture on the chin, smeared with nourishing cream. Wait until the clay completely dries up. Wash off the clay with water.

If you dedicate just few minutes a day to the care of the chin, you will notice the results very quickly. Be charming!
