If your account meets quality guidelines, it will be upgraded within 72 hours. You’ll not receive any emails once your account is upgraded, you have to log in to be able to submit articles.

Q3: I’ve submitted an article a while age and you still haven’t published it.

Article approval may take around 1 week, you can always log in and check if your article is still in the pending queue or if it has been returned to drafts for further editing.
